University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Dance Team

Telling stories through imagery has been one of the driving forces behind my photography, taking the viewer behind closed doors along the way. This series documents the dedicated dancers from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Blugold Dance Team. They represent the university at regional and national dance competitions and bring school spirit to many of the Blugold football and basket games. The team trains long hours fine tuning their dance routines down to precise choreographed movements. This dedicated training helped them bring home 1st place at the St. Thomas invitational this year, success they can build off of for the National Dance Team Championship at Disney World.
